Math Under the Texas TEKS

Texas math is built on the TEKS, not Common Core. Each grade's math TEKS are organized into strands — Number and Operations, Algebraic Reasoning, Geometry and Measurement, Data Analysis, and (in the elementary grades) Personal Financial Literacy — and every lesson also carries the mathematical process standards that run across all grades.
