1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use our AI generation tools, we store the content you generate so you can access your history. We also collect usage data (how many generations you've made today) to enforce plan limits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the LessonDraft service, enforce usage limits, process payments via Stripe, and send occasional product updates to subscribers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content you generate using LessonDraft is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your input prompts may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their usage policies. We store your generated content in our database (Supabase) solely to provide you with your generation history. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal on your dashboard.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
